BIO: Brizzy Bout Bizzness

Brian Watley took the name "Brizzy" at age nine, from a nickname given to him by his father. Briz, once a heavy punchline spitter, has shifted to more of a message-flow and has earned the full name, "Brizzy Bout Bizzness" to his credit. Originally in a group named "Illite Made" started by his crew, Brizzy was often encouraged by his peers to pursue recognition as a solo artist. Never one for the spotlight, B seemed more content participating in local ciphers and perfecting his freestyle game.

Brizzy and Smoke linked up almost immediately and attacked the local battle scene, creating a name for a new breed of Buckingham rappers. Smoke, the young gun to the older generation of Buck MC's, with Brizzy, the man most people barely heard speak, let alone spit, formed a dynamic duo that quickly became three when Ice joined the fray.




Since this point, great music has followed. The three rappers quickly become the hottest rap trio in South Jersey. They released The Reunion, an instant classic amongst Willingboro Hip-Hop fans, and the buzz quickly spread throughout the area.  Although released some years ago, the album still gets major play in the area, and is still held in very high regards.

After some time, Brizzy released 1 Fever, hosted by Mr. Hype. The mixtape is perfectly arranged, showing Brizzy's indelible ability to express his lifestyle, emotions, and abilities with such magnanimous flows that the CD is a must-have. Track after track, bar after bar, it shows what truly pushes Brizzy to the forefront of the South Jersey rap scene and verifies his stance.

Brian Watley, (born October 6, 1984) better known by his stage name Brizzy Bout Bizzness (often stylized as Brizzy), is an American rapper, and one of the founding members of BuckSet Ent. He is also part of subgroups Major Threat and Illite Made. Brizzy's popularity has pushed BuckSet Ent. into recognition in the underground South Jersey and Philadelphia rap scenes.


In 2011, Brizzy released 1 Fever through DatPiff. In Winter of 2011, it was announced that Brizzy would be releasing 1F2 sometime within the near future.
